Coolio sues North Korea for ‘Communist Paradise’ royalties

Coolio has said he will be taking the Democratic Peoples Republic of Korea to the International Criminal Court to answer charges of grand theft musical, lyric piracy and “a general sense of un-Americanism yo”.

Coolios complaint follows North Koreas refusal to answer to an extradition request for their biggest and only hip hop star Kim Jong Un — also their leader. His decision to sue follows repeated demands to cease promotion of Kim’s latest track, Communist Paradise.

We’ve been spending most our lives
Living in Communist paradise
We’ve been spending most our lives
Living in Communist paradise

Why are they, so blind to see, that ownership of property hurts you and me

Cost-free education
Caring welfare system
Proletariat healthcare
Imperialists are rubbish

We’ve been spending most our lives
Living in Communist Paradise

There has been counter claims from North Korea as well as Stevie Wonder, both of which Coolio has dismissed as jumping on the band-wagon.

First off, Stevie lost that song to me in a game of dominos back in the 90s. Acks Snoops, acks Shaq, acks Letterman — they was all there. Second of all, I don’t even speak no Chinese so I have no idea what North Koreas claim is.
